If you do not have your own remote access software, we offer Zoho Assist as a solution.
 
***Important to note*** Zoho Assist will record your session. This unfortunately is a global setting that we cannot change as we use Zoho to remotely assist our IT MSP customers. If you require no screen recording you will have to provide us your own remote access software (Zoho Assist is not installed on our VM images by default, we only install upon request).
