How does CyberWard Cloud’s pricing compare with other cloud providers?
Azure’s E128-32ds v6 VM (32 vCPUs, 1024 GB RAM) costs $7,639.45/month.
Our 48 vCPUs, 1000 GB RAM VM costs $431.64/month which is 5.65% the cost of Azure.

Why do you charge $1 for your trial?
This is to help verify your account and ensure our resources are available to genuine users like you. You will receive a refund as soon as PayPal allows us to process the return.
Do the OS Images come with an active license?
The images do not come with an activated operating system. You will have to activate with your own keys.
What redundancy do your disks have?
All of our servers are in a RAID 6 configuration. Even though this provides 2-drive failure fault tolerance, we always recommend having your own backups (as the controller can fail).

Do you support custom VM size setups?
Yes, use our contact us page and give us your desired specifications and we will calculate pricing.
Do you support .vhdx image uploads?
Yes, we will provide a link for you to upload your .vhdx.
How do I access the VM?
You can either supply your own remote software to access the VM, or we can set you up on our Zoho Assist software.
